December 2025 Newsletter

As the year winds down, we’re reflecting on the hope, healing, and generosity you’ve made possible. This December, we’re celebrating a Giving Tuesday success, sharing an article that’s resonated across our community, offering a brief founder update, and inviting a few more helping hands to join us in this work.

💙 Giving Tuesday — Thank You for Showing Up
We set a Giving Tuesday goal of $500 this year—and thanks to the kindness of our community, we surpassed it, raising $632. Every dollar helps us offer women access to compassionate, specialized gynecologic care when they need it most. Your support truly makes a difference, especially during a season that can be uniquely difficult for those living with chronic pain. Thank you for helping us enter December with gratitude and momentum.

📖 New Article — Chronic Gynecologic Pain and Rest
Our new article explores something many clients wrestle with: the tension between chronic pain and the need for rest.
Rest is not laziness or a lack of strength—it’s a medical necessity.

If you haven’t had a chance to read it yet, you can find it here:

💼 Founder Update
Many of you have asked how I’m doing after my November appointment in Tulsa. Unfortunately, the report wasn’t the one I’d hoped for, and my husband and I will return in March 2026 for another round of Botox.

My ongoing experience continues to shape our mission and deepen our empathy for each client we serve. Thank you for holding me, and our community, in your thoughts.

🙋 Volunteer Needs
As we continue growing, we’re still looking for a few volunteers to help us support more women in the new year:
Two application reviewers for financial aid requests
One Canva-savvy volunteer to design a one-page brochure

If you feel called to serve, we’d love to have you join us.

💙 With Gratitude
Thank you for the compassion, care, and generosity you’ve shared with us this year. You’ve helped bring hope and clarity to women who have spent years searching for answers, and we are deeply grateful to be walking into 2026 with you.
Know you are mighty,
